Unique Health and Wellness
We are dedicated to improving girls mental and physical health which is a priority that is often overlooked. We look to support our ladies through nutritional workshops, self-defense classes, anti-bullying support speakers, and female-specific health education.
Girls have long been confined in an environment that is optimized with languages and practices for the male body. Girls deal with very different physical and emotional realities throughout their young lives and we strive to focus on those differences to support their success on the field and in their physical health for a lifetime.
