Through ALBION 12 Foundation, Play It Safe (Self-defense Strategies for Women & Children), offered a self-defense strategies and training class to the ALBION SC GA players! Led by Tracie Arlington, the girls received the best and most practical self-defense techniques for realistic assault situations. A huge part of self-defense is awareness, and we’re pleased to make it more available for our players.
